Commemorative Panels and mint plate blocks are the largest part of this banker’s box. Starts with four "bespoke" USPS binders to hold Commemorative panels, with the first three covering #1/113, and then a jump up to the 25c era. Most panels include a mint block of the issued stamp. There is a Scott National binder with pages from the early 1980’s with a range of stamps, coils and booklets from the 22c-25c era. A stockbook and a bunch of glassines hold a couple hundred 4c-8c era plate blocks. Being the end of a consignment, there are also a few pages of precancels and another stockbook sparsely filled with pre-1980 used souvenir sheets and some singles. Face value is conservatively US$250.00. Estimate =
