An interesting appearing, but altered example of a circa 1860 "Dietz & Nelsons British Columbia and Victoria Express" stationery cover sent to Lytton. The cover is franked with a pair of British Columbia & Vancouver Islands #2, but the stamps were added at a later date and do not belong to the cover. Still, a historically important item from Victoria to Lytton, which would be worth thousands if not altered. Estimate =
