VF intact run of the first 27 years of the Federal Wildlife Habitat Conservation "Duck" stamp booklets, each booklet containing a pane of one stamp. These stamps were intended to be affixed to hunters' licences and represent great artwork from some of the world's best wildlife artists. The only "FWH" number not represented is FWH26m which is a souvenir sheet rather than a booklet. One of the most complete runs wer have seen in some time.
