Not your usual group of philatelically-inspired covers and FDCs. Between 1971 and 1984, this Edmonton-area collector/dealer created about 300 covers with no cachets, but used value added services (typically registration or Special Delivery). When he mounted the covers in four 3-ring binders, he added a number of brochures, posters or the inserts that came when buying complete panes. The covers are #10 sized or bigger and used the contemporary stamp(s) along with some older issues to make up the rate. The covers usually had post office labels added, typically for the service and/or a "1st Class" or "Fragile" label. The items were sent from a range of post offices, with hand cancels, so a number of cancels await the postmark collector (including a few MOON cancels). Estimate =
