Rate study/accumulation of "President Heinemann" issue of 1970-1972 on covers, postcards and parcel cards, mostly sent to Canada. Because of the time period, the different sizes and weights of the envelopes and the different services used (e.g. first class, express, registered, airmail, etc.) there is a plethora of rate combinations here. A total of 128 items, with a bit of duplication, and a few which appear to have their original contents. A few have overlap with other definitive issues, but this makes for a strong basis for study after 50 years. Estimate =
