Post-war chaos! Not just the issues, but also the disorganized way that this collector put these sections together, including multiple pages from different manufacturers, and arranging the pages out of order. Patience will be a virtue here and while most of the items appear to be relatively common, some better could definitely be hiding. Most are 1948 and 1949 issues, including Zones and States under French, British, American and Soviet control (with a number of "local post" issues) plus some Saar issues, as well as a bit of regular German issues from this period.
