Striking used perforated pair, imperforate between, of the 1893 issued 2-1/2 Anna black on yellow "Light and Liberty" design. Each stamp has a December 20, 1893 Mombasa squared circle cancel, issued only a couple of months before. An attractive Victorian-era rarity, as apparently only 90 pairs are possible.
