The last section of this accumulation with covers galore in a pair of three-ring binders, covering 1969-1979. The first binder holds sets and singles on 205 standard sized covers (although there are a couple of parcel cards). The second has about 60 larger format sets and souvenir sheets. A few are to West Germany, but the majority were sent to Canada. Includes first day or commemorative covers, with lots of "plus" rated services such as airmail, special delivery and registered rates.
