Labels, Cinderellas, poster stamps, locals, revenues and trial stamps, are all here in one form or another. In order of appearance, there is a USS Akron label, and a couple Netherlands "Rocket Mail" souvenir sheets, a number of Victoria (Australia) Fish and Wildlife stamps (1973-1981, often 5 of a kind), Madagascar local post and parcel post stamps, 10 different Virginia (USA) state duck stamps, Suez Canal Co labels, reproductions of the 1847 Mauritius duo, and some European poster stamps. Perhaps the gems of this lot are United States and Great Britain "trial stamps", "trial coils" and "post office training stamps" going back to about 1910, the American ones are listed in Scott US Specialized, but a few of these are unpriced. There are Canada TB labels in large blocks or sheets and glassine bundles of everything modern Canada, including lesser-seen post office instructional and sorting labels. The lot ends with some ridiculous-ness with the 1968 Mad Magazine and the 1990 Doonesbury Stamp album, both with its satirical "stamps" intact. An interesting little bundle. Estimate =
