A very complete mint offering of the King George VI "Keyplate" issue, including all denominations with both perforations and with most of the Scott-listed colour-shade variants. Includes all of the 2/-, 2/6, 5/- and 10/- listings, one each of the perf 13 and perf 14 varieties of the 12/6 (counted as the cheapest shade) and the £1 with the perf 13 and the perf 14 (in black and purple on salmon coloured paper). Each is a selected copy, well centered, good perforations. A couple are never hinged, a couple with small hinge remnants, but most are lightly hinged. Includes a couple with the natural acidification of the gum that came from the WWII printings. A terrific lot. Total 2024 Scott US$882.00 =
