A sextet of mint blocks of the King George VI "Keyplate" design, including three that are cylinder blocks. The 2/- includes the "broken lower right scroll" Stanley Gibbons 116ce, catalogues £225.00 (but the block has a bit of flaking, so we have catalogued it as ordinary stamps by Scott). The 2/-, 2/6 and 12/6 blocks are perf 14, the rest are perf 13. Overall fresh, well centered and most are never hinged. The 12/6 has significant acidification of the gum (normal for this printing), and a corner crease in the selvage. Spice up your album with these beauties. Total 2024 Scott US$1019.00 =
