QEII "Cello-pack" collection and accumulation in two parts. The first is a collection (or possible exhibit) with Wilding packs, mint and used panes, covers and some Christmas panes on manila stock pages. The second is the balance of the holding, including Cameo and Centennial panes and packs. There are some Winnipeg tags, some attempts at pane reconstruction, and even a letter from the post office in 1961 describing the release of the original packs. The mint are mostly never hinged and there is moderate duplication. This is quite an old holding, as far as we know there has been no attempt to identify different papers.
