The first two 1918 issue Federal War Savings Stamps (English inscriptions). The 25c orange #FWS1 is fresh and Fine mint no gum. The $5.00 green #FWS2 has disturbed OG with a small tear at top (still an extremely rare Federal issue in any condition). All in all a very collectable duo. 2017 Van Dam.
