VF mint NH complete set (1c to 50c values) of the 1977-1978 "fourth issue" postage dues, all in matched sets of inscription blocks, almost all still in the original intact Canada Post sealed packaging (the 8c value matched set is in a glassine envelope). This last issue is distinguishable from earlier printings due to the imprints being at the sides of the blocks. 2018 Unitrade.
