Generally F/VF, all mint Never Hinged quartet of 3c bright rose 1897 Queen Victoria Jubilee plate number pairs or blocks, consisting of a plate block of four of plate #14 (strong kiss print / re-entry in the entire inscription), plus plate pairs of plates #11, #28 and #29.
