VF mint NH nearly complete run of matched sets of plate blocks of 1967 to 1973 issue QEII Centennial definitive series. Missing only one 3c block and the 25c has two upper right positions. While the papers, perfs, plates and gums may vary in some of the matched sets, all of the blocks have been valued as the cheapest paper/gum/perf/tagging types. Completely unchecked for better types and (sure to be some here). Owner's Unitrade.
