VF mint NH complete set (1c to 50c values) of the 1977-1978 "fourth issue" postage dues, all in matched sets of inscription blocks, almost all still in the original intact Canada Post sealed packaging (the 8c and 10c value matched sets are in glassine envelopes). This last issue is distinguishable from earlier printings due to the imprints being at the sides of the blocks. 2018 Unitrade.
