Three examples of the 1918 issue 25c orange War Savings stamp affixed to a VF condition incomplete War Savings "Dominion of Canada Thrift Card" folder (Van Dam states that documents are very scarce). Also included in the lot are two contemporary WWI era promotional labels (including a label that resembles #FWS2) and clippings from the PHSC Journal and BNA Topics relating to War Tax issues.
