Waterlow Sample Sheets. Mint complete set of four engraved mini-panes of 9, distinct from the issued stamps, produced as "SPECIMEN" samples by the security printers Waterlow & Sons Ltd in 1892. A very scarce group of sheets, purchased By Kasimir Bileski in 1984 from their archives. According to Bileski there were only 12 sets of these particular sheets in existence when he acquired the group. The sheets come with Bileski's original documentation. Bileski's (ancient) original retail.
