Comprehensive collection/study of Canada's first Winnipeg Tagged issue, the 1c to 5c Wilding definitives. The collection consists of a complete mint NH set in singles, blocks of four and matched sets of corner blocks/plate blocks (note plate #1 and plate #2 of the 3c value). There is also a used set of blocks, all with Winnipeg First Day cancels. The cacheted group of First Day Covers consists of a set of singles on one cover, sets of singles and blocks of four on individual covers and a complete set of matched sets of corner blocks (one block per cover). These groups were prepared and marketed by Kasimir Bileski back in 1963. Intact groups are becoming hard to find. Estimate
