Mint NH imperforate block of four of the 1941-1944 "Waterlow Re-issue" 3c rose carmine Queen Elizabeth with security punch holes (usual wrinkles and a couple of pencil notations). In addition the lot includes a perf 12½ x 12½ "centre cross" block, also with security punch holes (traces of gum). A great Newfie study block duo. Only the imperforate block has been valued. 2018 Unitrade.
