Extremely rare modern Unitrade listed "Bug on Leaf" variety. The variety is on the middle stamp in each block of 9 of the 1971 issue "Radio Canada International" commemorative, both Winnipeg tagged, one block VF mint NH, the other block VF used with Winnipeg CDS First Day Cancels. The blocks come with Kasimir Bileski's original write-up. An extremely infrequent offering anywhere, so you would be well advised to pick these up here and now. 2018 Unitrade.
