20th Century Starter Collections. Partially inventoried selection of mid to late 20th Century material, consisting of clean mint and used items from popular collecting areas. The lot (offered as received) includes First Day Covers and First Day Cancels (comes with a 3 page inventory list), a group of a couple of hundred commercial perfins (noted a few scarcer), a 5 x 7 envelope packed with mint blocks and plate/inscription blocks including tagged items (1927 to 1970s period, no inventory list but decent total catalogue value total) and a very comprehensive and a very nicely laid out mint NH basic specialized 1967-1972 Centennial issue exhibit (includes the 1c to $1.00 values with almost all the Unitrade listed paper, gum and tagging types as well as precancels, with singles, blocks and plate blocks present with a high total Unitrade catalogue value). This lot reminds me of the old candy and toy "surprise bags" that you could buy at corner stores way back when. You can be sure to find some "sweet surprises" inthis lot.
