VF mint Post Office Fresh (these arrived here in "new issue" packaging) set of 2012 issue Picture Postage panes of 21. These are the last official thematic issues that were only available directly from the Canadian Bank Note Company. These panes feature Torbay Newfoundland, the 150th Anniversary of Victoria BC (both with similar designs to Special Event Covers) and the Royal Conservatory of Music. Scarce modern material, overlooked by most collectors when issued. 2018 Unitrade.
