VF used 1951 issue 1½p carmine GeoVI definitive, showing a clear example of the Stanley Gibbons listed "Tick Bird" flaw (SG #29b). This stamp comes with a 2017 Royal Philatelic Society of London photo certificate #226891 which describes the stamp and flaw in full, stating "genuine".
