FEDERAL EXCISE TAX VARIETY. Mint and used upper left sheet margin corner block of four of the INVERTED "14 Cents" blue surcharge on $3.00 green 3-leaf Excise Tax. The top two stamps in the block are used (OG Hinged) and the bottom two stamps are mint NH. Note that the overprint is severely displaced and would be barely visible if the block was broken into singles. Valued as four regular #FX122a singles. An eye-catching revenue error. 2017 Van Dam.
