F/VF mint upper right plate #1 inscription block of 15 of the 1939 issue 10c on 20c carmine Special Delivery with varieties in the overprint consisting of "Broken 0" on the right surcharge at position 13 (Unitrade #E9i) and on the left surcharge at position 19 (listed in the Unitrade catalogue footnotes as $100.00 on cover) plus an as of yet unlisted "Broken lower bar" on the right surcharge at position 25. Thin at top of the upper left stamp in the block and in the selvedge above top right stamp, hinged twice in selvedge only, leaving 14 stamps NH (including the varieties).
