Mint study/exhibit of reconstructed mint part panes of the 1945 issue "Arc de Triomphe" (numerals in black) liberation postage stamps (printed by the US Bureau of Printing and Engraving), all mounted on specially printed and annotated album pages. Consists of the 30c (x 3), 40c (x 3), 50c (x 5), 60c (x 4), 1.20fr (x 2), 2fr (x 1), 2.40fr (x 2) and 3fr (x 2) values. According to the collector, the important portions of each pane exhibited have been retained, including all the sheet margin plate markings (saw "POSTAGE-FRANCE", plate numbers for both stamp colour and black numerals, plus "COMMITTEE FRENCH POSTAGE STAMPS" - then denomination noted). An unusual study and a great WWII US/France collaborative stamp effort. 22 exhibition pages in total. Estimate
