DRAMATIC PANE SHIFT ERROR. VF condition, complete and intact 2003 issue 48c "Ice Skates" Christmas booklet of 12 with a dramatic printing shift resulting in the "8" of each of the "48" denominations being completely cut off on each stamp. The actual die cutting is in proper alignment with the covers and the covers do not show any printing shift at all. A great modern error, as of yet unreported. Estimate
