Used booklet pane of 10 (missing end tabs) of the 1993 issue 43c "Flag over Field" definitive, showing a dramatically angled mis-cut that shows imperf between portions of the stamps from the bottom row of this pane and top row of the next pane down. Vertical crease between first and third rows, otherwise sound and VF. Extremely rare as an intact booklet and even scarcer (statistically) as a postally used piece. Estimate
