Bright MNH example of the 1c yellow Small Queen, Ottawa printing perforated 12 (measuring 66 x 65 on the Kiusalas gauge), showing a lovely slip print overall doubling of the design and particularly evident in "ONE CENT" and numerals. Slight translucency on Queen's cheek mentioned for the record. Although doubling of this issue can be difficult to detect due to the colour of the ink this unlisted variety is prominently seen under magnification. Estimate
