Post Office fresh and VF mint NH matched set of plate #1 plate blocks of four of the 1934 issue 3c blue Cartier, the lower right position block showing the "hairline from the hand" (position 89) constant plate flaw. Faint as usual but that's what the Unitrade listed variety looks like and it is as scarce as any of the other popular and constant engraved Cartier flaws. 2018 Unitrade.
