Fine condition 3p rate cover, mailed from Torquay, England May 10th 1855 to Lieutenant Murdoch of the 10th Hussars stationed in Balaklava, Crimea. The Hussars were engaged in the siege of Sevastopol which ran from October 1854 until September 1855. A nice example of mid-19th Century British military mail. Estimate =
