Duo of mint Never Hinged "National Parks" issue souvenir sheets from the "Daiton and Niitaka-Arisan" and "Tsugitaka-Taroko" series, both issued in 1941. While both the sheets are Never Hinged, there is a small discoloration on the upper left corner of each sheet, plus some minor gum-bends, so no NH premium has been added.
