Pacific British Commonwealth accumulation. Little bits from a wide range of Islands add up to an impressive "something". Australia representation includes a 3d GeoVI complete sheet, a few "Roos" and a nice 5/- NSW "OS" official (catalogue US$110.00). From New Zealand there is a 1940 Centennial mint set and 14 mint copies of O85 (9d official), a glassine with some nice town cancels and a 1985 year set. We also noted a partial set of the New Guinea "Bird of Paradise" issue, a 4d canoe issue from the Solomon Islands overprinted "SPECIMEN" and British Antarctic Territory revalued mint set (#25-38 - catalogue US$133.00). To end this lot, there are some Gilbert and Ellice Islands, Samoa, and then "one offs" from several other islands. Generally clean and full of promise. Estimate =
