A classically focused collection with significant coverage up to about 1910, including back of the book issues (especially airmails). Mint, used, with a hint of supporting material like revenues, covers and the occasional souvenir sheet. Includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil (with some Brazilian "Bullseye" issues that require a critical eye), Chile (starts with an intriguing group of 11 "Columbus" imperfs), Columbia, Costa Rica (uneven coverage after 1920), Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Haiti.
