Volume 4 British Commonwealth. "New Hebrides" to "Solomon Islands" in Scott International album with pages up to 1982. While many countries are present, there is decent representation noted from New Zealand (lots of QV up to 1940, with some better covers among the QEII issues, and some Cook Islands and Niue), Nigeria, North Borneo, Nyasaland, Papua (and with New Guinea), Pakistan, Rhodesia, St. Helena (with overprints) and a good run of St. Lucia. About 3700 mostly different stamps, with a mix of mint and used. When there is duplication, it is usually because of both mint and used being represented, or there being a better cancel, perforation difference to be included. While there are lots of more common, there are better individual stamps with up to $25.00 catalogue found throughout. The binder has been put through its paces and is tape reinforced to keep the philatelic goodness inside. Estimate =
