The affinity that this collector has for Danish material, especially in the classic era, is evident throughout this labour of love. Includes clear readable cancels on the earlier material, with individual items having catalogue values up to $75.00 each. We noted that many were selected for cancels, different printings, and supplemented with multiples. Some items may need you to break out your specialized Facit catalogue to appreciate the nuances. The collection runs up to about 1980, with some semi-postals, postage dues and airmails (including nice examples of C2 & C3). The collection then continues with more interesting postmarks and 35 covers and postal stationery (including some local-post stationery). Concluding with some cinderellas and revenues, followed by an attractive grouping of Danish West Indies. About 1500 stamps here, with huge eye appeal. Estimate =
