Interesting holding with very little order to it, that has some obviously better, such as $2 and $5 consular fee stamps, a couple of red war savings certificate stamps, BC law stamps and lots of Weights and Measures and Electrical Inspection (including a complete document). There might be some better hiding amongst the many excise, war tax and customs duty stamps. One of the most notable sections here are the tobacco labels and strips, with many overprints and revalues and even a few long strips, with some in French. A terrific lot for the patient sorter with a good eye. Estimate =
