Worldwide Mourning Covers

United States. Over 100 mourning covers from the 1870’s-1964, most from the East Coast, with a fascinating range of envelope styles, a few with their original contents. Noted an 1892 usage from the Executive Mansion (aka White House), some interesting cork cancels, an interesting "Buy a Liberty Bond" on a 1917 Kansas notice. Philatelically inspired, there are covers for the death of the 2c and 13c letter rates (1932 and 1978) as well as Presidents Kennedy and Ford. A fascinating collecting area, and perfect for expansion. A total of 105 items, most individually sleeved. Estimate =
