Striking mint / used examples of 1974 issue 8c blue QEII Caricature coil, LF paper imperforate pairs. The mint example is VF Never Hinged, and the used example is tied on piece in period by a "West Vancouver" 1975 "MOON" (Money Order Office Number) postmark. The latter of the two comes with a 1977 Greene certificate which states (in part) "No. 604 - pair imperforate between - on piece- ..slight vertical tear at top margin".
