BC British Columbia Postal History. An interesting grouping of 335 modern British Columbia covers collected for town postmarks. The group includes 150 covers from Victoria, B.C., with specialty cancels appearing to be from the early 2000s; 100 British Columbia town specialty cancels, and roughly 85 British Columbia covers from 1990 to 1993, collected for POCON postmarks, including better towns. A nice modern grouping for the British Columbia or Canada postmark collector. One of the "neglected" areas of collecting postmarks are these "modern" hand-cancelled items. Estimate =
