Part 2: New issue standing order for all three offices from 2007-2008. Twice a year a hefty package would show up at this collector’s home that typically included stamps, booklets, folders and year sets. Perhaps because of the volume of each package, the collector just set them aside and never integrated them into his collection. Indeed, most are still in their original packaging/glassines. Due to changes in collector preferences and the number and value of new issues, UN collecting went out of vogue for a while, but with its great designs, smaller print numbers and topical interest, many collectors are trying to make up for lost time in a market with not much supply.
