Local Estate Part 1: The loose remnants from a local estate, poured into a bankers box. Lots off paper, some on, some in envelopes, some in old cigar boxes, some loose. Saw potential in the Canada, New Zealand and there is more Bermuda than normally seen in these types of lots, but as always, there is probably material from 75 or more countries and we have only superficially looked over it.
