A lovely mint, never hinged, three-perf compound 5k Franz Josef high value. The top and left sides of the stamp are perforated 10-1/2, the right side is perf 12-1/2 and the bottom is perf 9-1/4. There is one slightly short perf at the bottom, which is common in such a large perforated stamp, the only minor flaw in what is otherwise a beautiful example of this rarity!
