Pre-WWII mounted collection of mint and used with some better, such as King Leopold label issues of 1900 #73 and #75 (both a bit heavily hinged, mint), and a lovely used example of #102 with a socked-on-the-nose CDS cancel. The mint stamps of the first set are no gum and are counted as used. Overall condition and appearance is quite nice, and there are some nice cancels amongst the used, as well as a couple of precancels.
