Africa - Part A: Between 2009 and 2011 unknown operators produced a series of souvenir and mini-sheets that were not authorized by the issuing government and were sold on the philatelic market with an eye to topical collectors. Multiple notices have been filed with the UPU and the material is not listed in Scott. However, these are professional produced products with a light gum and a printed cancel (which will fool nobody) with classic themes such as animals, plants, domestic cats and dogs, space, chess, butterflies, athletics, etc. Consider them to be like labels or Cinderellas. The sheets in this lot are from Rwanda (60 different), Djibouti (72), Ivory Coast (16), Somalia (8), Benin (13) and Chad (4), for a total of 173 mint never hinged souvenir sheets. Estimate =
