Australian States -
A four-state collection from a used Australian collection that we have been breaking up. 1) South Australia (75 stamps) with imperforate and perforated Queen Victoria issues, with a few "tall" issues and a number of OS overprints. 2) Tasmania (47 stamps) with "Van Diemens Land" Chalons, "Keyplates" and "Pictorials". 3) Victoria (131 stamps) with an attractive group of "seated QV", followed by an interesting group of issues to 5/- with perforations and shades noted and some postage dues, "OS" perfins and Stamp Duty. 4) Western Australia (52 stamps) with both imperforate and perforated "Swans". Well laid out and the potential for better stamps (catalogue values up to $100.00) along with some nice cancels. Some faults to be expected. Estimate =
