Australian States - Tasmania - Heavenly town and numeral cancel hoard. From an estate that has been untouched for thirty years, this collector bought and never got around to organizing. Hundreds of stamps here, mostly on their original pages, including stockpages and a mounted collection. Noted common towns (but sometimes with uncommon cancels from those towns), mixed in with better such as "Spring Hill", "Pieman Bridge", "Kangaroo Point", "Ouse" and "Campbell Town". Most are unidentified and await your discovery. There is good value just for the stamps here. Given the good quality of the strikes, we expect some mixed condition amongst the stamps. As with any old accumulation, some duplication should be expected. Estimate =

Australian States - Victoria #2/232. Balance of an estate that has sat dormant for over 30 years, with an assortment of used Victorian issues starting with a four-page mounted collection going back to the earliest issues (catalogued $550.00 many years ago with the faulty not counted). Accompanying this is a selection with a couple of pages of numeral and town cancels, a single album page and concludes with the loose stamps out of the lot that we have corralled onto a couple of black stock pages (noted #B1-B2 used), along with lots of cancel appeal and some better stamps peeking through. Appears unchecked for Stanley Gibbons listed varieties. Terrific little lot! Estimate =

Australian States - Victoria #30/228. Significant accumulation of several hundred used stamps, with up to 40 of a type filling a near-new 16-page Lighthouse stockbook. Bought as a collection 30 years ago and then appears to have never been touched. Some obvious shade and cancel appeal (e.g. numerals, circular date stamp, duplex), but unsure if perforations have been checked. Most are common stamps, with denominations to 5/-, but stamps cataloguing $3.00-$10.00 each are everywhere and includes a few Stamp Duty revenues. About as unpicked as you are going to find material like this. Estimate =

Bahawalpur - Ten Packets, each containing #1, 2-6, 16, 17, 22-25, 26-29, O1, O2, O12, O14-O15, O25-O28. Unusually fresh and VF mint NH or postally used selection of 25 different 1945-1949 period issues from the short-lived autonomous formerly Indian state. Some of these stamps are surprisingly hard to find, in no small part due to the very short time period that these were valid issues. What were once "all different" sample packs now catalogue US$96.50 per pack of 25! This lot contains 10 packs. A perfect acquisition for the Ebay or show seller. 2024 Scott US$965.00 =

British Antarctic Territory #1/201. Elegantly mounted collection in clear mounts, starts off with a near complete run to 1973, including both £1 denomination, switching to a mix of mint and used for the balance of the 1970's and then all mint to 1993 (but numerous spaces to be filled between 1986 and 2003). The mint all appears to be never hinged and most of the used material (as to be expected) is likely of philatelic origin. Very nice condition, and not often seen. Total 2023 Scott US$689.05 =
