Mint Hinged printing error of the 1901 3c revaluation "doubling" on the 1890 Queen Victoria 36c "Keystone" issue. Either the first pass through the press produced quite a light, incomplete overprint and was run through a second time OR when the press was releasing on the first pass air pressure differences caused the sheet to flutter back up to the press (which had less ink, and much less pressure), resulting in a kiss print.
